No Electric Mixer BANANA CAKE

Doesn't have any electric mixer? Try this recipe...

Last Night, I saw a banana on my table which was almost rotten. So I decided to make banana cake. It's very simple recipe and did not use Electric Mixer, just use spoon or fork to mix.

Ingredients :
2 ripe banana, smashed (I use Sunpride, it's about 240gr)
75 gr melted salted margarine/butter
140 gr white sugar

2 egg yolk, beaten
1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
pinch of ground nutmeg
Pinch of ground cloves
150gr of flour (I use low protein)

Methods :
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
2. Mix melted butter into the mashed banana with a spoon in a large bowl.
3. Mix in the sugar, egg, cinnamon, nutmeg, clove.
4. Add the baking powder over the mixture and mix in.
5. Last, add the flour and mix.
6. Pour mixture into a buttered 4×8 inch loaf pan. (Spray the loaf pan with butter & powder it with flour)
7. Bake for 45 - 50 minutes or insert a toothpick until it comes out clean.
8. Cool on a rack. Remove from pan and slice to serve.

I only had one banana so I made half of the recipe and use a round big muffin pan.
